Ordering
Our minimum order value is ₹500. Free delivery applies automatically once your order crosses ₹2,500.
Yes — as long as the order has not been packed. Call or WhatsApp us with your order number and we will update it for you.
We do. Temples, schools, corporates and resident associations get slab pricing. Send your requirement through the contact form and we will share a quote within one working day.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days and typically reach most cities in Tamil Nadu within 2–4 days, and the rest of India within 5–9 days.
Fireworks are classified as hazardous goods, so air and rail transport are not permitted. All consignments move through licensed road carriers.
We deliver across India except where local regulations prohibit the sale or transport of fireworks. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will confirm serviceability.
Payments
Cash on Delivery, UPI, and bank transfer. Card and netbanking through our online gateway can be enabled by the store admin at any time.
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. The applicable 18% GST is calculated separately in your cart and printed on the invoice.
Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch, from My Orders or by calling us. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Record an unboxing video and report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Verified damage is replaced or refunded in full.
Safety
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, electrical points and any source of flame. Store the box out of children's reach.
Yes. Everything we sell is manufactured by PESO-licensed units and stays within the noise limits set by the Supreme Court.
