1. Acceptance

By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that possession and use of fireworks is legal at your delivery address.

3. Products and pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST is added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities per customer.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only after we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery location is not serviceable, pricing was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent.

5. Transport restrictions

Fireworks are hazardous goods. Deliveries move by licensed road transport only. We cannot ship by air or rail, and we cannot deliver to locations where local authorities prohibit the sale or transport of fireworks.

6. Safe use

Fireworks are used entirely at your own risk. Follow every instruction printed on the packaging. We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, improper storage or unsupervised use by minors.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, layout and code — belongs to Sri Vari Crackers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
