Shipping Policy
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 3–5 working days of confirmation. During the two weeks before Diwali this can extend to 7 working days.
Delivery time
- Tamil Nadu — 2–4 days after dispatch
- South India — 3–6 days after dispatch
- Rest of India — 5–9 days after dispatch
Charges
Standard delivery is a flat ₹150. Express delivery, where available, is ₹320. Delivery is free on orders above ₹2,500. Store pickup from our Sivakasi unit is always free.
Road transport only
Fireworks are classified as hazardous goods under the Explosives Act, 1884. Air and rail carriage is prohibited, so every consignment travels by licensed road transport.
Serviceability
We deliver across India except where state or local authorities have banned the sale, storage or transport of fireworks. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you and refund in full.
Tracking
You receive the carrier name and tracking number by SMS as soon as your consignment is picked up. You can also track from Track Order using your order number and mobile number.
On delivery
Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting. If the box is torn, wet or tampered with, refuse the delivery and call us the same day.
