What we collect

Name, mobile number, email address and delivery address — the minimum needed to process and deliver your order. If you create an account we also store your order history and saved addresses.

How we use it

To process orders, arrange delivery, issue invoices, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send you offers. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only with the courier handling your consignment, and with your payment provider where you choose an online payment method. Both receive only what they need to complete their part.

Payment data

We never store card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs. Online payments are processed entirely by the payment gateway on its own secure infrastructure.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. You can block them in your browser, but the cart and checkout will stop working.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to customer data inside our admin panel is restricted by role and every change is written to an audit log.

Your rights

Write to us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to unsubscribe from marketing messages. We respond within 30 days.
